To me, sales is NOT about products, solutions, services, or anything you actually "sell."
Sales is Change.
"Helping Customers Change" is a movement in sales and redefining the sales profession. The old ways of selling, prospecting, closing, and driving business are aggressive, not customer-focused, and they are not working any longer.
"Helping Customers Change" is about working collaboratively with customers to engage them where they are today and help them define where they want to be in the future.
It is about being proactive, not reactive.
It is about helping, not selling.
It is about consulting, not telling.
